April 28th is National Preregistration Day, a day of action that helps the next generation get ready to vote.

That’s 4 million potential voters.
Let elected officials know that the new wave of voters is coming!

Every state is different. Many states let teens over 16 preregister to vote. We make it simple to figure out how. Sign up, and we’ll tell you exactly what to do and when to do it.

  1. Drop your info in the form.

  2. We’ll send you a plan for your state.

  3. You grow the wave by sharing with friends

  • Yes! Once you reach voting age, your preregistration converts into a full voter registration so you are ready to vote in the next election you are eligible for. (Automation varies by state.)

  • Rent keeps rising. College is expensive. AI is changing the job market. Your future is already being decided. Preregistering is how you start having a say in it.

  • Signing up for reminders means you will get important election dates, opportunities to take civic action, and ways to stay engaged.

National Preregistration Day is a nationwide effort that helps teens get set up early, so when the time comes, they’re ready to vote.

Educators, parents and guardians, nonprofits, and community groups can help spread the word about NPD on April 28th.
