Partner Shout-Out: Our Youth For The Climate

Feel Good Action partners with other organizations who share our mission in sustainability. So we’ve partnered with Our Youth For the Climate (OY4C), a grassroots organization founded by Ava Langridge, created to…

  1. Educate the youngest generations about the climate crisis,

  2. Provide resources that support sustainable habits and actions, and

  3. Increase awareness about how to push for radical, systemic change through peaceful actions.

Who is OY4C?

In 2021, Ava (@ava.langridge) built a climate education community and offered free online classes to help young people like her pursue their passion to protect the planet. Our Youth For The Climate is now a global movement that spreads awareness about climate change and empowers youth to advocate for systemic change based on intersectional environmentalism.

Check out their incredible team of young change-makers, climate activists, and content creators!

FGA x OY4C Collab

Feel Good Action and Our Youth For The Climate work to inspire younger generations to come together and make changes to protect the future of our planet. Just as important as a sustainable lifestyle is registering to vote so we can elect climate-friendly leaders who will deliver policy that leads to real change.

Our voices are our most powerful tool to uphold the marginalized communities most impacted by the climate crisis. Your voice is your vote, and our voices are heard when we vote together.

Once you’ve registered and learned how to vote in your state, take the OY4C Pledge and sign up for one of their free weekly classes on climate-related topics like jobs in environmentalism, glass vs plastic, the impacts of climate change on our oceans, and monoculture. OY4C’s classes are for anyone wanting to take initiative in their learning, and everyone, from all backgrounds, is welcome to join. Their classes tend to have smaller groups, making it easier for discussion and for everyone to share their perspectives.

And don’t forget to follow @ouryouth4theclimate on TikTok and Instagram!

We need to get angry and understand what is at stake. And then we need to transform that anger into action and to stand together united and just never give up.
